Upgrade & Other Policies

  • Upgrade policy
    Free upgrade for lifetime. When you would like to update to the latest version, just send us your order ID, full name and version of software, your name and email address etc., we will mail you the latest version soonest!

  • Lost product policy
    If you purchase and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an email with download instructions, please send an e-mail to support@clonedvd.net with your detailed order info. Once we receive the request, we'll try to re-send your download instructions as soon as possible!
  • Refund policy
    Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@clonedvd.net. Please include a reasonable explanation for the refund, and please be more specific other than "the product does not work" or "not satisfactory with the product".
