Update and Other Policies

  • Update policy
    We have two upgrade policies due to the new price of CloneDVD and future versions:

    A. Total Free Upgrade and Patches (for 3.9 and earlier users)
    Just send us your original order ID/No. and version number, or just forward your original receipt as a purchase proof to support@clonedvd.net, you will get the latest version total free.

    If both you have lost, please kindly tell us your full name and your email address on order, we will help to trace your purchase record in our system, then send you the free update version.

    B. Minor Version Free Upgrade and Patches(for 4.0 and future users).
    For example, free upgrade from 4.1 to 4.2, payment upgrade from 4.x to 5.x with upgrade fee of 50% full payment. You will get the latest version after you pay the upgrade price. Please visit http://www.clonedvd.net/clonedvd/ for detailed upgrade price.

  • Lost product policy
    If you purchase and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an email with download instructions, please send an e-mail to support@clonedvd.net with your detailed order info. Once we receive the request, we'll try to re-send your download instructions as soon as possible!


  • Refund policy
    Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@clonedvd.net. Please include a reasonable explanation for the refund, and please be more specific other than "the product does not work" or "not satisfied with the product".
