Before asking for our technical support, please carefully follow the Trouble Shooting for the solutions by yourself, and carefully read the FAQs(Frequently Asked Questions).

If your problems still cannot be solved yet, please collect the following information and e-mail to us. We will respond you as soon as possible:

  • Product Order ID
  • DVD to Blackberry Converter version number
  • Windows Operating System
  • Destination hard disk folder available capacity; work space folder available capacity
  • Source file, target file and converter mode
  • Detailed descriptions of the source movie (movie name, size and region code)
  • The time and process descriptions about your troubles
  • A screen shot of the error message and displaying window are strongly welcomed

Note: Please give a detailed time and process descriptions about your troubles and the error message (Please be more specific than "the product does not work" or "not satisfied with the product")
