Sometimes, you might encountered an windows error while you are installing CloneDVD or DVD Ghost. That may caused by windows blocks the programme with the Data Execution Prevention feature. Please do as below to fix that:
1. right click Computer
2. Select properties
3. Click the Advanced Setting which is listed on the left upper corner
of this window
4. In the Performance region select Settings
5. Click the Data Execute tab in the dialog box that opens
6. Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except for those I select
7. Click Add.
8. The open dialog box will open. Browse and select the CloneDVD application.
9. Click Apply
10. Click Ok
11. Reboot
12. Sign as Administrator Mode.
